McManis & Monsalve Associates (MMA) is currently recruiting for a Training Roles Manager in support of a contract with the Defense Health Agency in California. Position is full-time, exempt. The Training Roles Manager shall support MMA in providing DHA with the needed program management and professional support services to the Military Health System (MHS) Wave 1 Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) for deployment of MHS Genesis to support deployment of MHS Genesis to support deployment and sustainment of MHS Genesis.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Request ASP Train Domain Accounts for end users
Request MHS GENESIS actual accounts for end users
Schedule ILT Training/Manage RSTs and CSTs Manage JKO Load CBTs for end users
Assign classrooms/computer rooms for training and provide calendar invites
Track and facilitate action items related to implementation and sustainment
Support, facilitate, and execute site scheduled events
Support and facilitate gap analysis of event’s output date
Be a US citizen with an active SECRET or interim Secret Clearance AND have:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant areas including: Medical Information Systems Analysis, Strategic Planning, Requirements Analysis, Project Management, Healthcare Training Requirements
Three years’ experience as a manager supporting healthcare initiative and projects, demonstrated experience performing requirements analysis, work flow analysis and analyze training requirements.
Electronic Health Record experience, preferably in the military setting
Mandatory Requirement: Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information, Secret clearance level.
