Training Roles Manager


McManis & Monsalve Associates (MMA) is currently recruiting for a Training Roles Manager in support of a contract with the Defense Health Agency in California. Position is full-time, exempt. The Training Roles Manager shall support MMA in providing DHA with the needed program management and professional support services to the Military Health System (MHS) Wave 1 Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) for deployment of MHS Genesis to support deployment of MHS Genesis to support deployment and sustainment of MHS Genesis.

 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Request ASP Train Domain Accounts for end users
  • Request MHS GENESIS actual accounts for end users
  • Schedule ILT Training/Manage RSTs and CSTs Manage JKO Load CBTs for end users
  • Assign classrooms/computer rooms for training and provide calendar invites
  • Manage training rosters
  • Forecast manpower requirements (trainer staff onsite)
  • Track and facilitate action items related to implementation and sustainment
  • Support, facilitate, and execute site scheduled events
  • Support and facilitate gap analysis of event’s output date

 Requirements:

  • Be a US citizen with an active SECRET or interim Secret Clearance AND have:
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant areas including: Medical Information Systems Analysis, Strategic Planning, Requirements Analysis, Project Management, Healthcare Training Requirements
  • Three years’ experience as a manager supporting healthcare initiative and projects, demonstrated experience performing requirements analysis, work flow analysis and analyze training requirements.
  • Electronic Health Record experience, preferably in the military setting

Mandatory Requirement: Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information, Secret clearance level.
