Nancy has more than 25 years of diverse experience in the healthcare field, working in hospitals, physician practices, and consulting firms. Her extensive knowledge of the healthcare system enables her to identify areas for process improvement; develop measurements for quality of care; ensure compliance with Third Party Payers; identify areas for lost revenues; and initiate best practices for health care organizations. Nancy’s professional experience spans nearly every aspect of health care, including positions as Director of Sales and Marketing, National Services Manager, Practice Group Manager, Computer Software and Systems Support/Training Consultant, Physician Practice Services Support/Training Consultant, National Telemarketing Trainer, and Emergency Room Patient Coordinator. She is currently focused on the Federal Government through her work with Indian Health Services and Veterans’ Administration Medical Centers.
