Statement of Work
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland, has a requirement for Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS), Financial and Business Solutions (FABS), and Human Resources Services (HRS) supporting NAVAIR-7.0 Corporate Operations and NAVIR-10.0 Comptroller. This requirement will provide support to other competencies, Integrated Project Teams, program teams, Commanding Officers, site managers and enterprise teams by supplying services such as strategic management/planning, organizational assessments, performance measurement, process modeling, information management, human resources, program and business analysis, public affairs, congressional liaison, comptroller support, contract administration, financial management, change management, and security. Support obtained shall include, but is not limited to, applying practices, principles and concepts of competency alignment towards supporting the NAVAIR Team in the integration and alignment of a national organization, providing accounting business process support, budgeting, and financial management, as well as providing recommendations for improvement of operations to gain efficiencies and effectiveness. Support shall also include human resources management for workforce and workload planning, improving quality of services provided, and enhancing training initiatives for improved workforce performance.
