Purpose of BPA
The PBS Consulting and Facilitation blanket purchase agreement (BPA) is a single award agreement spearheaded by the Organizational Resources Division/Human Capital Asset Management (HCAM) team and is designed to further reduce the administrative costs of acquiring commercial items from the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) under FSS Contract GS-00-F-0039M.
Description of Services
This BPA establishes an award schedule off the MOBIS Schedule 874-1 (Consulting) and 874-2 (Facilitation) in order to support the multiple, regional requirements each year for facilitation, consulting, and some targeted training. Examples of expert services solicited for and provided under this BPA include, but are not limited to:
- Executive/Management Coaching Services
- Facilitation
- Selection, distribution, interpretation of various instrumented learning and assessment tools
- Teambuilding activities
- Strategic planning and consultation services
How to Purchase Services
The COR is responsible for issuing, modifying, and administering individual task orders under this BPA. COs authorized to issue task orders are members of the regional contracting team within the Acquisitions Management Division.
The COR will issue individual task orders and he or a designated Technical Representative will craft the Scope of Work (SOW) for the order and prepare all documents relating to it. Procurement requests for services should include:
- Contractor’s Name (McManis & Monsalve Associates)
- BPA Number
- Date/proposal/services are required
- Statement of Work (SOW)
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
- Government Cost Estimate
