Management Consultant Positions

Managing Associate Consultant

Join up with an innovative and flexible employee-owned small consulting company and work with high performing colleagues in a challenging environment! Associates at McManis & Monsalve Associates (MMA) work closely with clients to help them analyze challenges and implement solutions designed to help organizations improve performance and solve problems. Achieving these results requires a person with strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to synthesize and apply information practically to meet real world challenges, and the ability to work with a good deal of initiative and creativity with a variety of different people. Specifically, MMA has an immediate need for individuals to assist a government agency in implementing a multi-faceted nationwide program. You will support senior government managers with variety of analytical staff and program support services while working on-site at the agency in Washington D.C. The qualified candidate is a U.S citizen and has the majority of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters a plus; significant industry experience;
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities;
• Demonstrated project management skills (PMP certification preferred);
• Large-scale program design, planning, and rollout experience;
• Large-scale organizational change, development, change management, strategy and implementation experience;
• Experience managing work teams and managing multiple stakeholders;
• Ability to learn complex and sometimes technical project material quickly;
• Ability to utilize expert technical resources to assist with project execution;
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team or work group;
• Ability to work with personnel from all levels of an organization;
• Communicates effectively to a variety of different audiences in both written and oral formats;
• Assesses and defines problems quickly;
• Proficiency with basic computer application packages;
• Experience in logistics/supply chain management at organizations such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service
• Experience on projects and initiative rollouts on a national scale a plus
• Experience in facilities operations, field operations, and operations management a plus
• Be willing to travel up to 25%;
• Experience in a law enforcement environment; and
• Ability to pass the client’s employment screening and drug testing program.
